TICKETS & WAIVER
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All students must be IN THE DOORS to Post Prom by 12:15AM. Students who are signed up but not in attendance will result in a call to parents.

Be sure to send payment to reflect the number of tickets you are purchasing.
1 ticket = $10, 2 tickets = $20
POST PROM EVENT AT OFHS

Post Prom is from 11:30pm to 3:00am and open to all OFHS seniors and their dates, whether they attend prom or not.

Doors will open at 11:30pm. Enter through the Athletic doors.

Once you arrive you are NOT permitted to leave early. This is a lock-in event.

You must arrive before 12:15am. If the ticket holder has not arrive by 12:15, the parent/guardian will be called.

Only OFHS SENIORS are eligible for big prizes. Anyone in attendance is eligible to win raffle baskets. Raffle basket tickets are earned for participating in Post Prom activities.
ENTERTAINMENT WAIVER, SHOES AND SOCKS REQUIRED AT POST PROM

To fully participate in the entertainment/games at Post Prom, a signed waiver is required.

- ​Closed-toe shoes are REQURED for certain activities (flip flops will not be allowed).​

If you are 18 years old at the time you purchase tickets, then you may fill out (and sign) your own waiver.

If you will be 18 years old on or before May 22, 2023 you may fill out (and sign) your own waiver.
​

If you will be 18 years old after May 20, 2023 you must have a parent or guardian fill out (and sign) the waiver.
